Original title: SandMUptopia Guardian and Dungeon Journal. Founded as a pansexual companion to the gay leather magazine DungeonMaster. The magazine described itself this way: "With topics from technique to relationships to legal issues, The Guardian is a cross between 'US (leather) News and World Report' and 'Better Homes and Dungeons.'" The magazine ran from 1988 to 2000. Authors included Laura Antoniou, Joseph W. Bean, Tony DeBlase (Fledermaus), Fakir Musafar, and Cecilia Tan.
